Time and temp will depend on the equipment being used, it is recommended to have an infrared thermometer for presses and individual thermometers inside convection ovens as the temperature may vary from what is displayed on your equipment.
 
For a starting reference and general idea for convection ovens:350-400 degrees Fahrenheit:4-6 minutes: turn halfway mark
For Tumbler presses: 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit:60-90 seconds if needed to repress at seam it is recommended to press for 30-50 seconds and then repress for an additional 30-50 seconds. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS JUST A STARTING POINT, THE TIME AND TEMP WILL DEPEND ON YOUR EQUIPMENT AND ITEMS YOU ARE USING (PAPER, INK ECT)
