For this snowglobe tumbler we DO NOT make a premade hole in the bottom. The best tool is going to be a hotfix tool found on amazon to melt a hole in the bottom. 
How to:
fill up between the walls of the tumbler with your desired filler,
once filled seal the hole with epoxy or resin and let dry or cure with UV light.
(clean the hole with alcohol before sealing for best results)
can be used with vinyl, rhinestones, and so much more.
This is not a sublimation item as it will melt.
Disclaimer and Care Instructions for you and your customers:
-Please avoid extreme heating after you have sealed.
-Do not leave it in the car in the hot summer after sealed and do not heat it in any way after sealed.
-Wash: Hand wash is recommended as the high heat in dishwashers may cause your design to come off or may cause the inside liquid to expand and crack under pressure
-Cold and warm liquids only (nothing over 140 degrees F.)
